I didn’t expect a whole lot at first, just another local joint but I’m not gonna lie, the Bubba Burger I got was amazing. Juicy, the vegetables were fresh. I wanna say the burger could’ve used some more seasoning but that didn’t stop me from destroying it. The fries were fries. Fresh and just enough salt, can’t get any better than that. They were good. 5/5 if it’s like that every time, I wanna eat here again. My only complaint is I was too full for seconds
Customer service was terrible here. I placed an order for pickup over the phone and since it was my first time ordering here, I asked the employee taking my order for clarification on what came on one of their burgers. She responded “everything that usually comes on a burger” in a condescending tone. Just a very unpleasant person to speak with in general. When I picked up my food and got back home, I noticed that they didn’t give me any ketchup to go with my fries or even offer me any. Then, when I was eating the burger I ordered, I tasted that there was a piece of hair in the meat I was chewing. I pulled the piece of hair out of my mouth to confirm that it was actually hair and immediately spit out the food. It ruined my whole meal. Overall, this place is unsanitary and the woman who takes the orders is rude. I would not recommend eating here at all.
We went in after looking at the prices on the menu online and apparently the online menu is wrong it says 50 piece is 34.99 but when we got there it's 74.99. They need to update the menu if they are going to change the prices. Other than that everything is wonderful.
